Bio

Janean teaches yoga to help her students create body and mind confidence while learning how to shift through balance with grace in our own day to day lives. Since she was a little girl, all of her lectures from her Father gave were about balance. Janean believes it's important to learn HOW to balance all the different categories of life. There is an art in the balance act; And you are the creator. If we can learn to detach from pressures we put on ourselves, we might even begin to enjoy the process and art of balance.
